Melissa
Melissa joined the team in 2021 after spending seven busy years with her kids and helping run the volunteer and fundraising efforts at their school.
She is a creative problem-solver and dives in head first when a challenge is placed in front of her.
Melissa enjoys caring for others. In the office, we frequently catch her leaving snacks in the break room, bringing in flowers, or putting together a creative care package.
Char
Char joined the team in 2025 with 19 years of experience in financial services. She has been a realtor for 6 years and is still an active agent for residential homes.
Char is active in the community and has decades of volunteer leadership. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Char stays balanced by practicing pilates, yoga, and riding her bike. As a lifelong problem solver, she is a natural fit for Hope Wood JD.
Graham is a student at Roosevelt High School and is embracing his first professional job.
Born into Generation Z, he is an eager learner and enjoys using technology.
Graham balances out school and work with being active in weight lifting and basketball.
